Working at Gauselmann
The Gauselmann Group is Europe’s leading company in the field of electronic entertainment and in the development, manufacture and sales of electronic gaming equipment. We are looking for new fellow gamers who want to shape the future together with us as part of this innovative company. No matter whether you want to start as a graduate, experienced professional, trainee or intern with us: we offer you the best development opportunities!
“Qualified employees are the key to any successful business,” says Armin Gauselmann, Director at Gauselmann AG. The promotion and further training of our employees extends from the modern design of workplaces, performance-related pay, a lot of flexibility in the organisation of working hours and fair interpersonal relations. We are a family-run business and rate career opportunities and personal responsibility very highly. Furthermore, our group of companies is continuously growing in a future-oriented industry, which secures jobs for our games makers well into the future.
“The transfer of knowledge in the context of apprenticeships is a condition and prerequisite for success on the labour market, secure jobs and ultimately entrepreneurial success. Our company really has the promotion of young people at heart because it is an indispensable social challenge,” says Armin Gauselmann, Managing Director of Gauselmann AG.
Health & sports
Our employees’ health is very important to us because only if you feel fit and healthy can you perform efficiently in the company. Therefore, among other things, we are offering massage sessions at the workplace, health checks and flu jabs as well as information sessions about health topics, such as stroke, allergies and nutritional advice.
In order to raise even more awareness for health issues within the company, a pilot project focusing on “Health management” was set up at Gauselmann AG in 2010. In addition, the approximately 1,000 company members enjoy a diverse range of communal recreational activities offered by our large company sports association. In disciplines including badminton, canoeing and even water skiing, company sports enthusiasts meet to stay healthy and have fun together.
“I am very proud that over the last 25 years a small team of footballers from the Lübbecke production plant that used to meet regularly to ‘just kick the ball around’ has developed into the largest company sports association (BSG) in the Minden-Lübbecke district,” says Paul Gauselmann, founder of the Gauselmann Group.
Merkur Seniors Club
The fact that you can identify with our company is demonstrated by our “former employees”. The Merkur Seniors Club was launched in 1998 by 26 former employees and with the active support of Paul Gauselmann. Its goal is to share in communal, social activities and to maintain contact with the company. Excursions take place several times a year.
